Associate Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Health Administration's Claims and Appeals Modernization Office, the full-time Associate Consultant will provide client delivery services remotely, managing mail operations, utilizing VA systems, and assisting with project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support mail operations and escalate complex packets to peers and team leads
• Access and use VA claim and appeal systems to review, route, and track claims and appeals packets
• Assist with project deliverables and participate in team meetings to support team goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school degree with relevant work experience
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Experience with VA claim and appeal systems is preferred
• Military background or VA work experience is a plus
