Associate Consultant - Absence Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Consultant - Integrated Absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored absence management solutions
• Provide guidance on federal, state, and local leave regulations
• Support clients with program implementation and day-to-day administration of absence programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources
• Basic understanding of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or absence management systems
• Legal right to work in the United States
