Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources
- Basic understanding of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or absence management systems
- Legal right to work in the United States
