Associate Consultant, Client Services

Job Summary

To cultivate and grow relationships with clients' consumers, the part-time Associate Consultant, Client Services will earn trust, advocate for member needs, and develop audience expertise while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with consumers to enhance understanding of their feedback and opinions
• Represent the consumer voice internally and assist in developing compelling member communications
• Track and analyze community participation to optimize engagement and vibrancy

Required qualifications

• Prior internship or related experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Versatile communication skills, adaptable to various individuals and situations
• Familiarity with tools and applications such as reporting software, social media, and Excel
• Knowledge of marketing research or online data collection is a plus
