Associate Consultant II

Job Summary

To support State and Local Governments in implementing federally funded programs, the full-time salaried Associate Consultant II will collaborate with a dynamic team to conduct eligibility reviews, maximize federal assistance, and develop performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with application eligibility review for Federal, State, or Local Government grant programs
• Conduct research and apply analytical methodologies to summarize findings on eligibility of expenditures utilizing federal funds
• Create policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics for the effective use of federal funding

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in program implementation or policy design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (eight years of relevant work experience may substitute for a degree)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Preferred experience with performance measures, process mapping, and process modeling software (e.g., Microsoft Visio)
• Ability to distill information and work collaboratively with clients to address complex challenges
