Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, management consulting, or commercial learning and development
• Foundational understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace and commercial structures
• Experience in needs assessments, solution design, or learning/resource development for commercial audiences
• Working knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles
• High level of comfort with Microsoft 365 tools and modern collaboration platforms
