Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Consultant in Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute configuration updates and manage service inquiries to enhance customer experience
• Document and track changes while collaborating with team members to ensure quality service delivery
• Escalate complex issues to management with proposed solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administration or support experience in Coupa or a similar platform
• Knowledge of ERP/P2P suites and P2P processes
• Ability to document actions and provide alternative solutions to customer requests
• Organized and detail-oriented, with experience in remote teamwork
• Willingness to give and receive feedback effectively
