Associate Consultant, Stop Loss

Job Summary

To support a growing Stop Loss Carrier Consulting team, the full-time Associate Consultant will provide analytical and operational support to senior consultants and carrier partners, focusing on market insights, collaboration, and operational strategy in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze stop loss carrier data to identify trends and market opportunities
• Prepare materials for carrier partner meetings and support documentation of goals and priorities
• Compile reports and insights to develop presentations for internal and external use

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare insurance, employee benefits, or consulting with exposure to stop loss insurance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data visualization tools preferred
• Legal right to work in the United States
