Associate Consultant, Strategic Decision Support

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making, the full-time Associate Consultant, Strategic Decision Support will provide data analysis and insights, focusing on problem-solving and collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Consultation: Clearly answers questions from the team and clients, articulating context and providing supporting details
• Insight Generation: Identifies data challenges and tests assumptions to ensure data integrity and appropriateness
• Problem Solving: Draws insights from analytics, disaggregating problems into necessary facts and analyses

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Finance or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience working with large complex data sets
• Demonstrated ability in hypothesis-based consulting and analytics
• Experience in creating clear written communications and mentoring junior team members
• Proven track record of engaging in continuous learning and improvement
