Associate Consultant - Texas

Job Summary

Providing technical and operational support within the Integrated Absence Solutions Practice, the full-time remote Associate Consultant - Texas will assist clients with absence management solutions, guide them on leave regulations, and support program implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client needs and recommending tailored absence management solutions
• Provide guidance on federal, state, and local leave regulations, including FMLA and ADA
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage the administration of absence programs and ensure compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources
• Basic understanding of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or absence management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
