Job Summary
Transforming high-level business objectives into impactful digital content ecosystems, the full-time salaried Associate Content Director will lead strategic content initiatives, manage a team of creators, and ensure brand consistency while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive content strategy frameworks and identify key themes to engage customers
- Manage a team of content creators and oversee client-specific workflows to ensure timely content delivery
- Implement content governance and style guides to maintain brand voice consistency across all content
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of content marketing experience
- 4+ years in a content management role within an agency or enterprise environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Preferred experience in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Cybersecurity
- Expert knowledge of SEO/AEO foundations and brand visibility best practices
