Job Summary
Driving the successful execution of diverse educational projects, the full-time remote Associate Content Manager will manage project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional communication while supporting Content Managers in complex revisions and courseware development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assigned projects and support Content Managers in project tasks, including building and maintaining detailed project schedules
- Facilitate collaboration between content creators and internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Recruit, contract, and manage contributors and vendors, tracking project budgets and ensuring adherence to standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in educational products
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and milestones in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence
