Associate Conversation Designer

Job Summary

To support the German market, the full-time Associate Conversation Designer will design and optimize chatbot flows, write engaging conversation copy, and analyze performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional international teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize chatbot flows for customer engagement and support across e-commerce and service journeys
• Write clear and compelling conversation copy that aligns with brand tone and business objectives
• Analyze customer transcripts and chatbot performance to identify gaps and propose improvements

Required qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Linguistics or Human-Computer Interaction
• 0-2 years of experience in designing and launching chatbot or conversational AI solutions
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Introductory knowledge of Python or another scripting language applied to conversational systems preferred
