Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal review and negotiation of contractual documents
Support corporate compliance strategy and provide legal guidance to business leadership
Support departmental initiatives and contribute to improving the department

Qualifications:

Law degree from an accredited law school
Active and valid license to practice law
2+ years of relevant contracts and legal experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Experience negotiating contracts and knowledge of data privacy, IP and technology, and compliance
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
