Associate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel with experience in the fintech and software industry to provide legal support to their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements in the fintech, fitness, and software industry
• Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance matters
• Assist with litigation and dispute resolution matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and Law degree from an accredited law school and State Bar License
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the fintech and software industry
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the fintech, fitness, and software industry
• Basic knowledge of and experience utilizing a personal computer with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
