Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic legal services and collaborate with legal colleagues to resolve complex issues
• Serve as the primary legal contact for hospital administrative teams and draft legal opinions
• Review and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing legal guidance

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related legal field
• Bar admission to California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Alaska, Montana, or New Mexico within one year of hire
