Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to provide legal services and support in healthcare-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic legal services and collaborate with legal colleagues to provide effective solutions
• Conduct legal research, draft opinions, and review contracts, particularly for physician and vendor agreements
• Stay informed on legal developments and provide guidance to corporate and community Boards

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related legal field
• Admission to the California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Alaska, Montana, or New Mexico State Bar within one year of hire
