Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, IP & Product.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage intellectual property matters, including developing the global IP portfolio and coordinating patent prosecution
Provide legal counsel on product development, strategic partnerships, and marketing related to IP
Collaborate with various legal stakeholders to address concerns related to product compliance

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of combined in-house and/or law firm experience in counseling SaaS companies on IP and product
Experience with enterprise-level IP matters preferred, with a focus on patent prosecution and/or IP litigation
Active license to practice law and member of a state bar
IP and trademark experience with a service-oriented mindset and a curiosity for organizational improvement
Agility, creativity, and a process-oriented approach to legal operations
