Associate Counsel Product Commercial
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, Product & Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts for all business functions, including agreements with fashion vendors
- Provide legal advice to support various business partners across the company
- Review creative assets and influencer marketing initiatives for intellectual property issues and legal compliance
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and a member of a US state bar in good standing
- 4+ years experience as a product, privacy, tech transactions, or commercial lawyer
- Experience in eCommerce, fashion, retail, digital marketing, or data science-driven companies
- High integrity and intellectual curiosity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
