Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal services and solutions across the organization
• Collaborate with legal colleagues to address legal needs of hospital administrative teams
• Conduct legal research, draft opinions, and review contracts for compliance and strategy development

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related legal field
• Admission to the California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Alaska, Montana, or New Mexico State Bar within one year of hire
