Associate Course Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a district-focused growth strategy, the full-time Associate Course Consultant will manage inbound leads, conduct product demos, and assist in achieving sales goals while collaborating closely with the Regional Course Consultant in an on-site role based in either Lexington, KY, or Idaho Falls, ID.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by guiding educators through the full sales cycle and managing CRM data
• Coordinate inbound leads by qualifying prospects and developing follow-up strategies to build larger relationships
• Conduct product demonstrations and customize presentations to effectively close new business with school districts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven success in sales, preferably within small to medium-sized organizations
• Strong technical literacy and comfort with digital platforms
• Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to conduct discovery conversations and deliver engaging product demonstrations
