Associate Course Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting a district-focused growth strategy, the full-time Associate Course Consultant will manage inbound leads, conduct product demos, and assist in achieving sales goals while collaborating with the Regional Course Consultant in an on-site environment in Idaho Falls or Lexington.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through effective communication and CRM management
• Coordinate inbound leads, qualify prospects, and develop follow-up strategies to build relationships
• Conduct product demonstrations and customize presentations for school districts to close new business

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven success in sales, ideally within small to medium-sized organizations
• Strong technical literacy and comfort with digital platforms
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos and discovery conversations
