Associate Creative Director

Job Summary

Leading the creative vision and execution for digital platform experiences, the full-time Associate Creative Director, UX/UI Design will manage design initiatives for Activision's websites and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and UX/UI direction across Activision's digital platforms
• Drive end-to-end UX/UI strategy and execution for high-impact web and application initiatives
• Mentor and support designers through feedback, coaching, and creative direction

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or digital creative leadership
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital product experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX thinking and visual design craft
• Experience leading and mentoring designers in fast-paced product organizations
• Deep understanding of UX strategy, interaction design, and design systems
