Key Responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership and oversight of projects from inception to delivery
• Lead and mentor designers, art directors, and specialists while actively engaged in projects
• Collaborate with clients to create actionable, strategic briefs for creative teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in an agency or studio setting with a strong design background
• Progressive creative vision with strengths in concept and narrative
• Understanding and engagement with emerging technologies
• Ability to direct small and large teams in both remote and in-person settings
• Excellent organization and time management skills
