Associate Creative Director

Job Summary

To support a growing creative team, the full-time Associate Creative Director will take creative ownership of core client accounts, ensuring high-quality execution while mentoring team members and leading new business opportunities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Take creative ownership of client accounts, maintaining direction and quality throughout projects
• Act as a creative point of continuity, collaborating with Production and Tech to balance ambition and feasibility
• Lead pitches and new client opportunities, articulating the studio's unique perspective and building a public-facing leadership profile

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior creative role with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative execution
• Expertise in 2D/3D motion design and familiarity with the creative process from concept to delivery
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing design talent
• Experience in client stewardship and building trust through effective collaboration
• Demonstrated interest and understanding of AI in creative applications
