Job Summary
To support a pharmaceutical advertising team, the remote Associate Creative Director will lead the development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and print channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and print channels
- Translate brand strategy and business goals into innovative, insight-driven creative ideas
- Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, guiding revisions through feedback cycles
Required qualifications
- Highly specialized portfolio in pharmaceutical advertising demonstrating ACD-level conceptual thinking
- Experience with MLR review processes and familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing
- Solid understanding of Figma, web ecosystems, UX principles, and conversion-focused design strategies
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills and experience in fully integrated campaign execution
- Ability to work independently and lead creative initiatives in fast-paced environments
