Job Summary

To support a pharmaceutical advertising team, the remote Associate Creative Director will lead the development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and print channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and print channels
  • Translate brand strategy and business goals into innovative, insight-driven creative ideas
  • Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, guiding revisions through feedback cycles
Required qualifications
  • Highly specialized portfolio in pharmaceutical advertising demonstrating ACD-level conceptual thinking
  • Experience with MLR review processes and familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing
  • Solid understanding of Figma, web ecosystems, UX principles, and conversion-focused design strategies
  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills and experience in fully integrated campaign execution
  • Ability to work independently and lead creative initiatives in fast-paced environments
