Job Summary

Leading the development of integrated campaign concepts, the remote Associate Creative Director will support a pharmaceutical advertising team by translating brand strategy into innovative creative ideas while managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and print channels
  • Translate brand strategy and business goals into innovative, insight-driven creative ideas
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to pharma regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
  • Highly specialized portfolio in pharmaceutical advertising demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking
  • Experience developing creativity within pharmaceutical environments, including familiarity with MLR review processes
  • Solid understanding of Figma, web ecosystems, UX principles, and conversion-focused design strategies
  • Ability to work independently and lead creative initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Impeccable eye for design and strong concepting skills with experience in large campaigns
