Job Summary

Supporting a high-performing creative team in the pharmaceutical advertising industry, the Remote Associate Creative Director will drive the development of integrated campaign concepts and deliver impactful creative across regulated healthcare brands in a short-term contract position.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and traditional channels
  • Partner with senior creative leadership to bring strategic ideas to life from concept through execution
  • Lead and present creative work while ensuring high-quality creative output and adapting based on feedback
Required qualifications
  • Strong background in a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment, specifically with pharma brands
  • Demonstrated ACD-level conceptual thinking with the ability to develop and sell strategic campaign ideas
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with hands-on creative execution experience
  • Deep understanding of regulated pharma environments, including MLR processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation and creative workflows with strong judgment around brand safety
