Associate Creative Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join their team and drive coherence of the brand in product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative development of visual elements and systems in collaboration with various design groups
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance stakeholder needs and provide simple, compelling solutions
• Develop culturally sensitive and appropriate creative for multiple global markets

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in interaction design and visual design across platforms
• Experience leading design direction across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in fast-paced environments, managing dependencies and problem-solving
• Knowledge of design principles related to design systems, brand, marketing, and publishing
• Experience coordinating and providing creative direction to contractors, agencies, and in-house designers
