Job Summary

Seeking an exceptional designer and visual storyteller, the full-time remote Associate Creative Director, Art will lead concept development and visual direction across integrated campaigns, content programs, and experiential projects, while embracing emerging technologies like generative AI to enhance creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development for integrated campaigns and experiential work, ensuring quality and consistency
• Execute high-level design across various mediums and mentor junior creatives to foster a collaborative environment
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and production, while developing best practices for team adoption

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Art Direction, Design, or Creative leadership roles
• A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and visual systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience integrating generative AI into creative workflows
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
