Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy (Pharma) who will drive concepting and copy development for integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concepting efforts and craft narratives for various campaign deliverables
- Write and oversee copy while ensuring consistency of voice and message hierarchy
- Mentor junior and mid-level writers, providing actionable feedback and fostering creative leadership
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical copywriting experience within creative or advertising agencies
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and strong writing across formats
- Deep understanding of regulatory processes, including MLR/annotation
- Proven ability to translate scientific content into persuasive creative work
