Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy (Pharma) who will drive concepting and copy development for integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead concepting efforts and craft narratives for various campaign deliverables
  • Write and oversee copy while ensuring consistency of voice and message hierarchy
  • Mentor junior and mid-level writers, providing actionable feedback and fostering creative leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical copywriting experience within creative or advertising agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and strong writing across formats
  • Deep understanding of regulatory processes, including MLR/annotation
  • Proven ability to translate scientific content into persuasive creative work
