Job Summary
To support high-profile healthcare and life sciences brands, the freelance Associate Creative Director, Copy will lead strategic concept development and messaging for pharmaceutical campaigns while working remotely and requiring EST hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of insight-driven creative concepts and messaging platforms targeting healthcare professionals
- Write and oversee copy across various channels, including digital, print, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape campaign direction and ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency copywriting experience at a senior level
- Extensive experience in developing HCP-focused marketing and promotional materials
- Strong understanding of medical/legal/regulatory review processes and FDA guidelines
- Expertise in managing annotations, references, and claims substantiation
- Ability to interpret scientific literature and convert insights into compelling messaging
