Associate Creative Director, Motion Design

Job Summary

Leading creative development and execution for major brand initiatives, the full-time Associate Creative Director, Motion Design will manage motion design projects end-to-end while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own motion design projects from brief through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives and leadership updates
• Define creative vision and standards for execution, providing direct design and animation for key initiatives
• Mentor and direct motion designers, freelancers, and agency partners, ensuring high-quality output and consistency across brand touchpoints

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in motion design and creative direction, with proven leadership in managing workstreams
• Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals, diverse styles, and effective project execution
• Expertise in motion and design principles, including mastery of tools like After Effects and Cinema 4D
• Experience with high-impact brand moments such as global events and major campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while effectively prioritizing tasks
