Associate Customer Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a joint business plan with Dollar General for the Skin category, including product assortment, promotions, and pricing strategy
• Drive strategic relationships and growth while ensuring investment efficiency within approved Trade parameters
• Provide analysis across the Beauty and Personal Care categories to support the team with insights for business needs

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required
• 3+ years of experience in the CPG or Retail Industry
• Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management is a plus
• Working knowledge of POS Reporting systems and Sales Planning Systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and PowerPoint
