Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retailer relationships and oversee trade investment for the Personal Care category
• Customize marketing and merchandising programs while coordinating Category Management & Joint Business Plans
• Drive strategic relationships and growth while ensuring trade investment efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required
• Experience in Trade Marketing and Category Management is a plus
• Working knowledge of IRI, Evergreen, and Customer POS Data is strongly desired
• Must be a strategic thinker capable of working collaboratively
• Strong relationship building and management skills are essential
