Associate Customer Business Manager
Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the full-time Associate Customer Business Manager will support the Costco Sales team by providing analytical insights, building customer relationships, and managing item performance for brands like OLLY, Welly, and SmartyPants in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as the support arm to the sales lead for OLLY, Welly, and SmartyPants
- Build and maintain relationships with Costco merchandising and buying teams
- Analyze data sources to provide actionable insights for the development of promotional strategies and item forecasts
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Account Management, or Retail buying within CPG
- Strong understanding of Costco's Go to Market strategy
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and syndicated databases (Nielsen, IRI, etc.)
- Experience with IRI data reporting and strong analytical skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
