Associate Customer Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium deliveries and assist with complex global SaaS API integrations and UI implementations
• Create and manage work plans to deliver implementations, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Coordinate customer user acceptance testing and product training, managing software launch activities

Required Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree or Technical/Vocational Degree
• 2+ years of customer delivery/customer software integration experience in the SaaS sector
• 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, testing, and onboarding external customers onto APIs
• Experience working hands-on with development teams and product managers in an Agile framework
