Associate Customer Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Project Lead to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and revise project plans to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage implementation goals and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Mentor employees and facilitate collaboration between divisions/departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product issues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• PMP Certification and/or implementation experience preferred
