Key Responsibilities

Develop and revise project plans to meet changing needs and requirements
Complete setup, configuration, and activation tasks while managing implementation goals
Monitor customer issues and communicate project information to relevant parties

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Customer Service experience
Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product installation and issues
Proficient with Microsoft Office
PMP Certification and/or implementation experience is a plus
