Job Summary
Supporting the QVC Group's customer service strategy, the full-time Associate Customer Service Communications Partner will create content, enhance internal messaging, and collaborate with leadership while working remotely from designated states.
Key responsibilities
- Create and edit content, including SOPs, to improve internal communications
- Assist customer service team members in handling inquiries to promote one-call resolution
- Evaluate impacts of new programs and changes on customer and representative experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in professional communications, marketing, or knowledgebase management
- Strong writing and editorial judgment with the ability to simplify complex strategies
- Proficiency with modern communication tools and AI for writing and editing
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Fluency in using various communication channels, including intranets and video content
