Job Summary

Supporting essential service and order processes, the remote Associate Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate service delivery during a 6+ month contract.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Process customer orders, service requests, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or fulfill requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service or related work experience, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
  • Ability to manage difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Strong multitasking skills using various communication channels
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
