Job Summary
To support essential service and order processes, the remote Associate Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate service delivery in a contract role requiring flexibility to work between 7 AM and 8 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Process customer orders, service requests, and required documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or fulfill requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service or related work experience, or an Associate's degree with demonstrated capability in a comparable role
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
- Strong multitasking skills using various communication channels
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to manage difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism
