Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused Associate Customer Service Representative, this remote position with occasional travel will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence during the hours of 8:00 AM CST - 5:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders, service requests, invoices, and documentation accurately
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and fulfill requests
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
  • Detail-oriented and team-focused mindset
