Associate Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Supporting essential service and order processes, the remote Associate Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate service delivery during a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels
• Process customer orders, service requests, and required documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or fulfill requests

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience
• Strong multitasking skills using various communication channels
• Ability to manage difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism
• Willingness to learn and improve processes
• Basic computer and data entry skills
