Associate Customer Success Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the initial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, the full-time Associate Customer Success Consultant will deliver personalized support, manage client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while working primarily in an office setting in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers excellent core standard services to customers by providing timely and accurate solutions to meet their needs
• Ensures proper triage, escalation, and effective resolution of all client inquiries while making relevant recommendations
• Organizes and prioritizes work to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, meeting customer expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Typically 2+ years of customer service or relationship management experience required
• Typically 2+ years of industry experience in PEO, HR, or payroll operations required
• Knowledge of PEO products, services, and markets, including payroll and compliance management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM & HRIS applications, and virtual meeting platforms
