Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to support the Customer Success team within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve the Scaled, Emerging, and Mid-Market customer segments
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to maximize product value and achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and monitor customer health indicators
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing successful customer experience strategies
  • Some experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications; experience with educational software is a plus
