  • Being the trusted partner for customers on use-case and product functionality
  • Quarterbacking experiences by various cross-functional teams at the company on behalf of customers
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role preferred
  • Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Must be self-directed and self-motivated
  • BA/BS degree or higher
