- Understand customer wellness goals and implement effective engagement strategies
- Lead the implementation of Calm Health customers and manage technical configurations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Experience in program management and process-oriented tasks
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
