  • Understand customer wellness goals and implement effective engagement strategies
  • Lead the implementation of Calm Health customers and manage technical configurations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Experience in program management and process-oriented tasks
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
