Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager - Scaled.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver renewal quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements
  • Build foundational relationships with assigned accounts and proactively address customer needs
  • Track customer health scores and assist in responding to customer concerns and issues
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer success tools is a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Eagerness to develop and grow in the customer success space
  • Desire to learn how to engage and support customers
