Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager - Scaled.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver renewal quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements
- Build foundational relationships with assigned accounts and proactively address customer needs
- Track customer health scores and assist in responding to customer concerns and issues
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer success tools is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
- Eagerness to develop and grow in the customer success space
- Desire to learn how to engage and support customers
