Associate Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to provide support before, during, and after campaigns
• Manage reporting and collaborate with the Analyst team to derive insights from data
• Serve as a product expert to explain the value of Adelaide's data and support campaign setup

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an Advertising Technology or Digital Media company
• Data visualization and interpretation experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Google office tools
• Understanding of campaign management and AdOps implementation
