Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to drive retention and growth within an established book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of customers using tech-touch and semi-automated engagement strategies
  • Oversee the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, ensuring high retention rates and timely contract execution
  • Identify at-risk accounts and high-potential accounts for product expansion and facilitate hand-offs to sales teams


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to manage a high volume of accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to create concise digital content and conduct professional conversations
  • Focus on efficiency and automation to enhance customer engagement
